Dual injection

Dual injection, also sometimes referred to as “two component injection”, is a plastics injection technique in which two different components are used in the manufacture of a product. By combining a hard material with a softer one, it is possible to produce a product that has the required levels of both rigidity and flexibility.

We have the expertise, experience, and machinery to make this a reality. From the smallest machine of 180 tonnes, to the largest of 220 tonnes for 2K.

Material specification

We can produce plastic components with an injection weight from 0.1 to 3000 g. Our machines are equipped to handle processing of virtually all types of plastic materials. Our machine park includes injection moulding machines for one or more material types in the same part.
